Contains XS1 fungicide providing ultimate resistance against mould growth.

The spray applied adhesive is easy-to-use and provides a strong bond between most lightweight materials; especially effective on textiles, flexible floor coverings and sensitive materials such as polystyrene. Multi-use bonding agent, primer and admixture for mortar, screeds and renders. Enhances water resistance in cement mixtures, as well as improving long-term flexibility and durability. Remains effective in wet conditions, ideal for external use.

Fire resistant acrylic sealant Fire rated acrylic sealent and filler with up to 4 hours fire rating. Intumescent at temperatures above 120°C which prevents the penetration of smoke and fire through joints and gaps. Can be painted.
