Detectamesh™ is a highly visible, underground detectable mesh designed to warn future excavators of the location of buried water pipes. It incorporates a stainless steel wire that acts as the detectable element, locatable by a CAT & GENNY (cable avoidance tool / cable and pipe locator) via direct connection or induction. The plastic mesh is manufactured to BS EN 12613.
