Danish Oil, 500ml. This Danish Oil is ideal for sealing and varnishing all types of interior timbers and can also be used externally on hardwood garden furniture. For bare wood, three coats are typically recommended to achieve a hard, water-resistant low-sheen finish. Once fully dry, surfaces can be buffed with a lint-free cloth and maintained by wiping with a damp cloth. When used externally, annual reapplication may be necessary as it provides no UV protection. Apply by brush or cloth, wiping off any excess oil after 15 minutes to prevent extended drying times. Reapply only when the previous coat is dry, allowing a minimum of 4 hours between coats. For larger containers, consistent stirring is crucial to prevent the drying agent from sinking, which can lead to a white residue.
